Butterfly's migrated through our neighborhood today and it struck me you would totally miss something like that if you didn't garden... they came in waves of 5-6 at a time. Gentle wings flapping smoothly reminding me of why I garden organically. I couldn't get to a camera to take real photos so the pictures to the side will have to do. I have no idea what species and i wasn't going to capture one to try to figure it out... they were flying so free and gently that i just was content to watch and be filled with joy.
In all the chaos of gardening and life, please remember to stop and enjoy the beauty and wonder around you.... it is worth the moment you loose of time.
